Refund policy

At PAPABALI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your ultrasonic cleaner, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.

2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email us at support@papabali.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Customer Remorse (Changed mind): If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as used cleaning solutions or items that have been damaged by misuse. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@papabali.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot cancel it, and you will need to follow our return process upon delivery.
