1. Shipping Destinations We ship exclusively within the United States (all 50 states). Currently, we do not support international shipping.

2. Handling Time Orders are processed and prepared for shipment at our local USA warehouse within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Cost & Transit Time

  • Shipping Cost: We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Total Delivery Time: You can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the time you place your order.

4. No Hidden Charges We believe in full transparency. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. There are no hidden fees, extra handling charges, or surprise costs added after your purchase. All applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly before you finalize your order.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking system to update.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you need to make changes, please email us at support@papabali.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
